You will experience a simple and effective engagement. Your engagement
with McClureTech is
characterized by distinct activities organized in sequence. At the
conclusion of each activity, you and McClureTech associates will review status and
detail the next activity. If your confidence is sufficient to continue
without help, McClureTech will conclude its part of the engagement. Below is
a description of typical engagement activities.
- Assess

We will interview your staff from executives to the
"operator" level. The interview questionnaire is designed for your
enterprise and the interviews are conducted by McClureTech staff. This
activity will conclude with an analysis by McClureTech and a proposal
for the next activity, if appropriate.
- Plan
-
This activity addresses everything from a statement of objectives to
detailed individual responsibilities and assignments. Critical to this
activity is the development of metrics and an analysis scheme to
determine the effectiveness of the implementation. Reaction to real
circumstances must be anticipated.
- Implement
-
Your staff and McClureTech associates will execute the
plan. Skills will be acquired and/or developed. Responsibility will be
assigned and tasks executed. Analyses will be performed and
implementation effectiveness evaluated. Adjustments will be made and
success celebrated.
